On November 21, 2023, a constituent meeting of members of the Ukrainian Nuclear Society was held in the city of Odesa, during which it was decided to create a new separate division based on the Department of Nuclear Power Plants
The goal of the project is to increase trust among schoolchildren in the use of nuclear energy, as well as inform young people about the main production processes taking place at nuclear power plants. Such projects are also implemented among schoolchildren for career guidance purposes – to encourage them to consider the possibility of higher education in nuclear fields.
