The meeting of the Scientific and Analytical Section of the UkrNS was held

On February 27, 2024, the next meeting of the Scientific and Analytical Section of the UkrNS was held.

The meeting was attended by members of the Board of the UkrNS and directly from the Scientific and Analytical Section of the Society, as well as other specialists from enterprises and organizations.

During the meeting, participants discussed the main results of the section’s activities last year, the progress of implementation of events, projects and initiatives planned for 2024. In particular, the participants discussed preparations for the International Conferences “Problems of Modern Nuclear Energy” in Kharkiv and the INUDECO Conference in Slavutich, the competition of scientific projects “Nuclear Innovators” and the project on scientific research and development “Interesting about Nuclear Science”.

Section members also discussed efforts and shared experience and future plans for the participation of Ukrainian scientists in Euratom grant programs. The participants discussed the development of an English-language glossary of nuclear energy terms and concepts for use by higher education institutions and industry enterprises.
