Following the VII International Conference “NUCNEXT 2025″ a key Resolution was adopted aimed at ensuring Ukraine’s energy security and rebuilding its economy.
The event brought together experienced experts and students, providing them with a platform for informal interaction and exchange of ideas.
Over two days, more than 200 participants – representatives of ministries, Members of Parliament, researchers, Energoatom specialists, experts from international organizations, and young professionals – discussed the key challenges and prospects for the development of nuclear energy.
The event’s goal was to unite production potentials to enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Ukrainian NPP power units.
The Emergency Technical Center is one of the key divisions of JSC NNEGC “Energoatom” which operates to ensure Ukraine’s constant readiness for rapid and effective actions in the event of emergencies at nuclear energy and industrial facilities
The meeting was attended by eleven members of the Society, representatives of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (USUST)
The program features engaging lectures delivered by leading Ukrainian scientists, excursions to Kharkiv’s research institutes, a workshop on nuclear medicine, interactive games, and practical exercises that allow students to gain a deeper understanding of the work of modern nuclear science and energy.
During the meeting, six priority areas of activity for 2025–2027 were approved
