Pavel Kuznetsov is the winner of the UkrNS Сompetition of scientific projects in the field of nuclear science, nuclear energy and industry “Nuclear Innovators” in the “Applied Development” category. Pavel Kuznetsov is the chief specialist in chemical technologies of the department of the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant, and a specialist in the field of water treatment technologies at nuclear power plants.

At the Rivne NPP he took part in a project to optimize the use of a special reagent for anti-scale water treatment, taking into account the environmental, economic and technological aspects of production.

The author of the project talks about the results of scientific research into the processes of formation of special reagent with calcium ions, the implementation of the technology for optimizing the dosage of this reagent in practice, and the prospects for using the optimizing model for the dosage of other water treatment reagents.
