The Ukrainian Nuclear Society reporting and election Conference

On June 2, 2023, the reporting and election Conference of the NGO Ukrainian Nuclear Society was held in Kyiv.

The conference was attended by 45 delegates representing the leading enterprises and organizations of the nuclear industry of Ukraine, as well as scientific institutions and institutions of higher education that train students and scientists for the nuclear power industry.

The conference participants heard a report on the activities of the Ukrainian Nuclear Society for the period from May 2021 to May 2023. Also, the heads of the separate subdivisions of the NGO UkrNS made presentations on the activities of separate subdivisions. During the second part of the conference, the leadership of the organization was elected.

Volodymyr Kholosha, Deputy General Director of separate subdivision Atomprojectengineering of SE NNEGC Energoatom, became the new president of the NGO UkrNS.

The executive secretary of the UkrNSny was re-elected, a new composition of the Management Board and the Audit Commission of the organization was approved.

As a result of the conference, the delegates recognized the work of the NGO UkrNS for the reporting period as satisfactory, and also outlined plans for the further activities of the Society.
