A charity exhibition of art works of Ukrainian nuclear women Empowering Radiance took place

Beautiful art works created by representatives of the nuclear industry of Ukraine were presented as part of the charity exhibition “Empowering Radiance”, which took place on November 3 with the support of the NGO “Women in Nuclear Ukraine” and the Ukrainian Nuclear Society.

 In the categories “Fine art” and “Decorative and applied art” the works of 23 women were presented – employees of the operator of the Ukrainian nuclear power plant “Energoatom”, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi and South Ukrainian nuclear power plants, as well as the Institute of Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Training Center for Physical Protection, Accounting and control of nuclear material named after George Kuzmych, the State Agency of the Exclusion Zone, the Center for Children’s and Youth Creativity of the Ivankiv Settlement Council, the State Enterprise “Central Enterprise for the Management of Radioactive Waste” and the State Enterprise “Ukrainian State Production Enterprise “Izotop”.

As part of the charity exhibition, a collection of funds was announced in support of women serving in the Armed Forces, for the purchase of women’s military ammunition, uniforms, shoes, protection and “female humanitarian”. The organizers of the exhibition will donate all funds to the charity fund “Zemlyachki. Ukrainian Front”.
