A regular meeting of the Scientific and Analytical Section of the UkrNS
On June 2, 2025, a regular meeting of the Scientific and Analytical Section of the Ukrainian Nuclear Society (UkrNS) took place.
The event brought together experts from leading enterprises and research institutions in Ukraine’s nuclear sector, including the Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, SE NNEGC “Energoatom”, the National Science Center “Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology”, the Institute for Nuclear Research of the NAS of Ukraine, the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety, the National Academy of Internal Affairs, Vinnytsia National Technical University, Sumy State University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv Academic University, the University of California (USA), Energy Safety Group, and BWX Technologies (Canada).
The meeting was moderated by Dr. Konstantyn Simeiko, Chair of the Scientific and Analytical Section of UkrNS, Acting Scientific Secretary and Head of Laboratory at the Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants of the NAS of Ukraine.
