Independence Day of Ukraine
On August 24, Ukraine celebrates its 32nd anniversary of independence.
We are celebrating this Day at one of the most difficult times in our history. Today, Ukrainians selflessly defend their independence, freedom, dignity, giving the lives of the best of us and fighting for the right to a civilized future for all of us and our children.
This Day is a main day for us, because we are independent, free, united, with confidence in our Victory, in the liberation and return of all our territories, in the just punishment of the invaders.
Military aggression also hit the workers of our nuclear industry. Like all Ukrainians, they felt the terror and cruelty of the invaders. The Chernobyl nuclear power plant was occupied, its workers were subjected to abuse by the Russians. Now our Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant is under occupation, where the invaders continue to commit their crimes. But, despite the terrible circumstances, nuclear specialists, patriots continue to remain loyal to Ukraine.
We are united like never before in this struggle for the right of Ukrainians to live freely on their land. The entire nuclear family makes every effort for the safe operation of nuclear power plants, for the energy security of Ukraine, works on the volunteer front, helping our military with the only main goal – the Victory of Ukraine!
Happy Independence Day!
Glory to Ukraine!
