A separate subdivision of the Ukrainian Nuclear Society was created in the Lviv region

In May 2023, on the basis of the Department of Heat Engineering and Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants of the Lviv Polytechnic National University, a constituent meeting of members of the NGO “UkrNS” was held, during which it was decided to create a separate subdivision of the UkrNS in the Lviv region.

The head of the Department of Heat Engineering and Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants, Professor Mykhaylo Semerak, was elected as the Chairman of the newly created division, and Tetyana Rymar, Associate Professor of the Department, Deputy Chairman.

Even before the creation of the unit, in recent years, Lviv colleagues have been actively involved in the projects of the UkrNS, in particular, to popularize knowledge about the nuclear industry, educational activities.

We congratulate our Lviv colleagues on this outstanding event and wish them success in their social activities and further expansion of the separate subdivision!
