A New Regional Branch of UkNS Established in Kropyvnytskyi at RPC Radiy

The NGO “Ukrainian Nuclear Society” continues to expand its representative network across Ukraine’s regions. On March 10, 2026, an inaugural meeting was held in Kropyvnytskyi to establish a new regional branch of UkNS at one of the industry’s leading enterprises – PJSC “Research and Production Corporation Radiy.”

RPC Radiy is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of digital instrumentation and control (I&C) systems for nuclear power plants. The enterprise possesses extensive experience not only within the Ukrainian market but also far beyond its borders, ensuring the reliable operation of NPPs in Bulgaria, Argentina, the USA, and other countries.

The creation of a branch at such a powerful scientific and production hub is a logical progression of long-standing cooperation. Radiy has repeatedly supported UkNS projects, contributing to the promotion of nuclear knowledge and the strengthening of the professional community.

During the meeting, Alina Begun, General Director of PJSC RPC Radiy, was elected Chair of the regional branch, and Kostiantyn Leontiev, the company’s Technical Director, was appointed Deputy Chair.

“Combining the expert potential of UkNS with the technical capabilities of RPC Radiy will allow us to work more effectively on critical issues of safety and innovative energy development,” the meeting participants noted.
