UkrNS announces a scientific projects competition in the field of nuclear science, nuclear energy and industry “Nuclear Innovators” -2024
The objective of the competition is to support applied science in Ukraine and promote the development of new technologies in the nuclear industry.
Co-organizers of the competition: the Council of Young Scientists at the Department of Physical and Technical Problems of Energy of the NAS of Ukraine and the Council of Young Scientists at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Energy of the NAS of Ukraine.
Participants can be: young scientists, students, graduate students and employees of nuclear industry enterprises who are eager to share their development or research, find like-minded people and enlist support for the implementation of their project, exchange ideas and experience with leading industry specialists and are ready to present original work in two categories :
- Scientific research
- Applied development
Projects will be reviewed and assessed by specialists from leading public and private enterprises in the nuclear industry of Ukraine, leading scientists from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU) and specialized scientific institutions.
The winners of the competition in each category will receive cash prizes, as well as support for the further implementation and scaling of their projects.
The application deadline for participation is March 17, 2024. The final stage of the competition will take place in April 2024.
